We are located at Plot No. 131/A in Somdutt Chambers-I. That’s over in Bhikaji Cama Place, right near Hotel Hayat. It’s a central spot, so we get people coming from all over the city. The building is one of those older commercial ones where everyone seems to know each other. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get work done. We deal with real estate stuff every day, mostly focusing on the commercial and residential spaces around this area. Bhikaji Cama Place is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we have been here long enough to know every corner. Usually, the day is spent on the phone or dealing with the stacks of paperwork that come with property deals. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we are used to it. We don't really go for those flashy ads you see. Most of our work comes from people who just know us or saw our sign. It’s a lot of drinking tea and talking through options with people who are looking for an office or a home. Sometimes things move fast, and other times we are just waiting for the right person to show up. It is a regular office life, trying to keep everything organized and making sure the keys are where they should be.
