New Delhi Properties

New Delhi Properties is located right on the Main PVR Road in Naraina Vihar. Our office at E-27 is easy to spot if you are heading toward the cinema. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time. Most of what we do is help people buy or rent houses around here. Naraina Vihar is a quiet place mostly, but the main road stays busy. We spend our mornings checking listings and our afternoons showing properties to whoever calls. It is a lot of walking and driving around the blocks. We know which houses have good sunlight and which ones are near the parks. Sometimes we just sit outside the office and talk to neighbors. It is a local life. People come to us because they know we are always around. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the streets. The work can be tiring when the weather is hot, but seeing someone get their keys is alright. We handle the basic stuff like lease agreements and checking documents. It is mostly about being honest about what a place is like. We tell people if the water pressure is low or if the parking is tight. There is no point in hiding things. It is a small community and word gets around. We just want to do a decent job and go home. E-27 is where we stay.
