We are over at Plot No. K-7 in Lajpat Nagar, Part 2. If you know the Pushpa Central Market area, you know how hectic it can get. We are located right near there, so there is always a lot of movement and noise around our office. Mahajan Properties Consultant is a small operation. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. It’s just a place where we sit down and work through the details of property deals. Being in Lajpat Nagar means you have to deal with the crowds and the parking issues, but it also means we are right in the heart of everything. We spend our mornings catching up on news and our afternoons meeting with people who are looking for space in this part of town. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of drinking tea. We don't use any high-tech gadgets to do our jobs. Most of our information is in our heads or written down in ledgers. We’ve been in Part 2 for a long time, so we know the history of the buildings around here. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear regular clothes and speak plainly. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through some old files or talking to a neighbor. We just try to be helpful and stay busy with the work at hand.
