I've been sitting in this office at Ansal Tower-II for a while now. Being near the Hyatt Hotel means things get busy around here, especially with all the people coming in and out of Bhikaji Cama Place. We mostly handle local property stuff and marketing work. It isn't anything fancy, just a small setup on the 116th floor. People stop by when they need help finding a spot or figuring out what to do with a piece of land. I try to keep the desk organized, but paperwork piles up when we're out visiting sites. The traffic around the hotel can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, but it’s a good location for meeting folks. We started this place because we knew the area well and figured we could help out. It's just me and a couple of others here most days. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a couple of chairs and some tea if you're waiting. The weather in Delhi gets hot, so the AC is usually running full blast in the afternoons. If you are looking for us, look for the tower right by the Hyatt. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. Some buildings went up, others got old. We just stay here doing our bit with the properties. It’s steady work and keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. Most of the time it’s just phone calls and site visits.
