M S Property is located at Plot No-2 in Maharani Plaza, right there in Hari Nagar Ashram. It’s a very busy part of the city, and Maharani Plaza is usually buzzing with people. We’ve been at this spot for several years now. It’s not a very big office, but it fits everything we need. Dealing with property in Hari Nagar Ashram means you have to be ready for anything. The streets are narrow and the traffic can be a nightmare, but we like being right in the middle of it. Our desk is often covered in maps and old property deeds. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different sites. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just a small outfit trying to help people find a place to live or work. Sometimes we make mistakes with the filing, but we always fix them. It’s a very hands-on job. People stop by the plaza for all sorts of things, and they often pop in just to see what the rates are doing. We don’t mind that. It’s good to stay connected to what people are thinking. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful when someone asks. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. The tea shop downstairs makes the best chai, which helps on the long days we spend here.
