Lord Krishana Properties

Our office for Lord Krishana Properties is located at Kothi No. 449 in Sector-19, Dwarka. It is a quiet residential part of the city, which makes it a nice place to sit and talk with people without all the noise of the main markets. We have been here for a good while, and most of our neighbors know us by now. Working out of a kothi feels a bit more personal than being in a big glass building. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and checking on different blocks around Dwarka. People usually stop by when they are looking for a house or just want to know what the current rates are like in Sector-19. It is a lot of back-and-forth work, calling owners and taking people to see different rooms. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just manage it like everyone else does. We keep things straightforward. If a place has a leaky tap or a bad view, we tell it like it is. It is better that way so nobody’s time is wasted. Dwarka is big, but after you have walked these streets as much as we have, it starts to feel like a small village. We keep our paperwork organized in old metal cabinets and try to keep the tea hot for anyone who drops in for a chat about local property.
