Kochhar Properties & Interior

We’re tucked away in Shop No. 3 at Plot No. 2/7A, right near the Ankur Apartments. Pashchim Vihar is a busy place, but our little corner is usually alright for getting things done. At Kochhar Properties & Interior, we do a bit of everything. Half the time we’re talking about buying or selling shops and houses, and the other half we’re looking at paint samples or floor tiles for a renovation project. The office is full of catalogs and material bits everywhere. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Being near the apartments means we get a lot of local foot traffic. People just drop in to ask a quick question while they’re out doing their daily errands. We’ve been here for several years now. It’s just a small team of us. We spend a lot of time visiting sites nearby to check on how the work is going. Sometimes we’re out more than we’re actually in the shop. The neighborhood has a good mix of old and new buildings. We like being part of the local scene here. We don't go in for big sales pitches. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of tea and go over the plans or the listings with whoever comes in. It’s a regular job for us, and we like the variety of working on interiors too. It keeps the days from getting boring. We just handle things as they come and stay local.
