Kay Pee Estates

You can find Kay Pee Estates over at Vardhman Diamond Plaza on D.B. Gupta Road. We are right across from the Paharganj police station, which makes it easy for people to find us. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of noise and people moving about. Our office, number 125, is a place where we try to get things done quietly amidst all that chaos outside. We’ve been in this spot for several years. We deal with a lot of different properties, mostly around the Paharganj and surrounding areas. It’s an old part of the city, so there’s always something interesting coming up. We aren't a corporate chain; it’s just us doing our best to help people find a space. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza is broken, so we have to take the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. We talk to a lot of travelers and local shopkeepers who are looking for space. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and tea cups. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. We just talk to people and try to solve their property problems. It’s simple, really. If a place is good, we say so. If it has issues, we mention those too. Being honest is easier than trying to be a salesman. The noise from the street is constant, especially the horns, but you stop hearing it after a while. We have a small radio that plays the news in the background. It’s a humble setup, but it’s been working for us. We know most of the people in the plaza by now. We’re just part of the local landscape here on D.B. Gupta Road. We often stay late if a client can only meet after their shift ends. It’s just part of the daily routine.
