Our office is located at Plot No-14 in HL Arcade, specifically G 2, which is part of the Sector-5 MLU Commercial Market in Dwarka. If you know this area, you know it is a hub for all sorts of small businesses and shops. We spend most of our time here dealing with the various property needs of the people in the sub-city. Dwarka is a big place with many sectors, but being in Sector-5 gives us a good central point to work from. The HL Arcade building is usually buzzing with people going about their business, and we are right in the thick of it. We keep things pretty simple in the office. There are files everywhere and a couple of phones that ring throughout the day with questions about floor space or lease terms. We try to keep a regular schedule, starting in the morning and staying until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. It’s not a corporate setup with a lot of layers; it is just us sitting here and helping people find what they need in the local real estate market. We know the lanes and the different apartment complexes around here quite well. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or business owners who are looking to shift their shops to a better location within the market area. It is just the way we have always done things.
