Kaka Property Dealer

The office is at D-9, right in the DDA Market. It's a busy spot in East Of Kailash, especially when the schools let out and the parents are driving through. We’ve been here at Kaka Property Dealer for a good while now, probably longer than I can remember. Most folks find us after they've finished their shopping nearby. D Block can get a bit crowded in the evenings, but you get used to the noise after a few days. We keep the front door open mostly to let some air in. There's usually a mess of paperwork on the desks because things move fast around here. If you're looking for where we sit, just ask anyone near the main market square. Most of the regulars who live around here know us. We deal with people looking for flats or shops in this part of town. It’s not one of those big fancy offices with glass walls, just a practical place where we get the work done. We drink a lot of tea and talk to anyone who drops by. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we just speak up. Being in East Of Kailash means we see all kinds of people. We’ve watched the market change quite a bit over the years. New shops come and go but we stay right here at D-9. It’s a decent place to work. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone. No big sales pitches. Just talking about what’s actually available in the neighborhood today.
