We are located in the M Block Market over in Greater Kailash 2. Our shop is M-297 and you have to come up to the second floor to find us. Being right in the middle of this market means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around on the ground floor. We have been here long enough that we know most of the other people running shops nearby. The office itself is not very big, but it is enough room for us to sit down with people and go over the details of different properties. We do not have any glossy brochures or big fancy displays in the window. Mostly, it is just us with our computers and a lot of paper folders. The stairs leading up to our floor are a bit steep, but we are used to climbing them several times a day. Usually, we start our mornings with some tea and a quick look at the latest listings in the area. Greater Kailash is a busy neighborhood, and the real estate side of things keeps us pretty busy most weeks. We spend a lot of time walking to different blocks to check on the condition of houses. When we are back in the office, we are mostly on the phone or trying to keep the files organized. It is a local business through and through. We do not try to act like a big firm. We just handle the property work.
