Our office is way up on the 11th floor of Ansal Bhawan. Being at 16 KG Marg means we’re right in the thick of things in Delhi. It takes a bit for the elevators to reach 1112 A sometimes, especially during the lunch rush when everyone is heading out. From the windows, you can see the city stretching out, which is nice when you need a break from looking at property listings. We’ve been here at Hsn Realty Services for quite a bit. It’s mostly just us answering emails and talking to folks who are looking for a new office or a place to live. The phone rings a lot. KG Marg is always loud and moving, and that energy kind of makes its way up here too. We aren't big on flashy presentations. Usually, it’s just a printed sheet of paper and a conversation about what’s available in the area. We know this part of the city well because we walk these streets every day. Some days are slow, just filing papers and catching up on news, but other days we’re running around different buildings. It’s a lot of coordinating between owners and people looking to move. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just a functional space where we do our business. If you’re around Connaught Place, you know how it is. It's busy, it's a bit hectic, but we like being right here in the center of it all. We just take things as they come.
