Gautam Properties is based out of Plot B-191 in the Naraina Industrial Area Phase I. It’s a bit of a different vibe here because of all the industry and warehouses. We are situated quite close to the Bikanervala Restaurant, which is lucky because we go there for lunch quite often. The office is right in the middle of the Phase I section. It can get pretty noisy with trucks and workers moving things around, but we are used to it by now. Plot B-191 is our home base. We handle a lot of commercial and industrial property stuff because of where we are. It’s not the kind of place you come for a quiet walk, but it’s great for business. We have a couple of desks and a lot of maps of the local area. People who come to see us are usually looking for factory space or offices nearby. We keep it straightforward. There is no polish here, just hard work and knowing who owns what in Naraina. The smell of food from Bikanervala often drifts over in the afternoons. We like being in an industrial zone because things move fast here. There’s always someone loading or unloading something nearby. We just keep our heads down and help folks find the space they need in this part of town. It is a very practical office for very practical work.
