Fortune 500 Estates is tucked away in the World Trade Centre on Babar Road. Our office is LG-75. Connaught Place is a huge, bustling area, and being in the WTC means we’re right in the middle of it. It’s a busy spot, always people coming and going. We handle estate work, which mostly means we help folks figure out what to do with their properties. It’s a lot of talking to people and looking at maps. We aren't some massive operation, even though the name sounds a bit grand. We’re just a small group that likes to keep things simple. The office is functional, nothing too fancy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at the coffee shops nearby because it’s easier than trying to navigate the building corridors sometimes. Connaught Place has its own vibe, very fast-paced. We try to keep our work steady and calm. Real estate can be stressful for people, so we just try to explain things in plain English. No fancy talk. We deal with all sorts of properties, from small offices to bigger commercial spaces. It’s interesting to see who’s moving in and who’s moving out of the city center. We’ve been doing this for a while and we’ve seen the market go up and down. We just keep showing up and doing the work. It’s a good place to be if you like being where the action is every day.
