Our office is at Plot No C-6 in Vasant Vihar. It’s a nice area to work in, though it can get a bit hectic during the middle of the day. We have been acting as estate agents here for quite some time now. We don't run a high-pressure kind of business. We prefer to take our time and make sure everything with a house or a plot is sorted correctly before any papers are signed. Vasant Vihar is a place people really want to be, so we stay busy keeping track of what is opening up. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know every corner of this neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time out on the streets, meeting with owners and showing people around different properties. You get to know these houses pretty well after a while. We can tell you which ones stay cool in the summer and which ones might need some work on the plumbing. We don't do the whole luxury sales pitch thing. We just show the property as it is. If the walls need painting or the gate is squeaky, we’ll point it out. It is better to be straightforward with people from the start. We help out with the registration and all the boring paperwork too. It’s a steady job and we like the people we meet. It’s just how we do things here.
