Our office, B. N. Realtors Pvt. Ltd., is situated in the Arunachal Building at 19 Barakhamba Road. We are in Flat No. 916, right in the middle of Connaught Place in New Delhi. Being in CP means we are right in the center of everything, which is both good and bad. It is easy for people to get to us using the metro, but the traffic around here can be a real nightmare sometimes. Our office is a typical busy Delhi workspace. We have files everywhere and phones that seem to never stop ringing. We deal with a lot of different kinds of properties all across the city, but we do a lot of our thinking and planning right here in this room. We don't really use a lot of fancy corporate talk to describe what we do. Basically, we help people find places to live or work, and we deal with all the boring paperwork that comes with it. The building is quite tall and has a lot of other businesses in it, so there is always a lot of movement in the hallways. We have been here for a while and we know the other people on our floor quite well. It is a very busy environment, but we are used to the fast pace of Delhi life. We just try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door and do our best.
