Our office is on the second floor of building 8/33 on Sat Bharman School Marg. If you know the Karol Bagh area, you know how busy and loud it can get around here during the day. There is always noise from the street vendors and the traffic, but once you come upstairs to our place, it gets a little quieter. We have been in this part of Delhi for a good while now. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep and narrow, but they keep us moving throughout the day. We have a few desks and some old fans that hum all day long to keep the air moving. It gets very hot in the summer months, so we keep a large jug of cold water on the table for anyone who stops by. Most of our work involves helping people with various property matters in the local neighborhood. Karol Bagh is a mix of very old houses and brand new shops, so there is always something going on or some construction happening nearby. We spend our mornings on the phone and our afternoons walking to different sites to meet people. We aren't a big company with lots of staff or fancy computers. It’s just us doing the daily work. People come in with all sorts of questions about leases and sales. We try to be helpful and give them the facts without any extra talk. Sometimes we have tea with the people from the neighboring offices in the hallway while taking a short break.
