You can find us over at Flat Number F-120 in Sarita Vihar. It’s right across the street from the Arya Samaj Mandir, which makes it pretty easy to locate if you are coming into the Sng Market area. The market can get a bit hectic on the weekends, but our little flat stays relatively quiet for the most part. We’ve been handling property matters from this pocket for a long time now. People usually just drop in after they finish their shopping or prayers nearby. It’s not a big corporate space, just a regular room with a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We deal with whatever comes our way regarding local houses or rentals in the Sarita Vihar area. Sometimes we’re out showing a flat to a family, so the door might be locked for an hour, but usually, one of us is hanging around. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few local people who know these streets well. It’s practical work. We spend our mornings looking through listings and our afternoons meeting with neighbors or new people moving into the city. It’s just how we operate. No big promises or flashy signs, just helping people figure out where they want to live in this part of Delhi.
