Neeta Creation

At Neeta Creation, we operate out of our unit at W-38 in Okhla Industrial Area Phase-2. This is a place where we actually make things, so it’s not exactly a clean, quiet office. There’s the constant hum of sewing machines and the smell of steam from the irons. We spend our days managing the workers and making sure we stay on schedule with the production runs. It’s an industrial setting, so we focus on the work rather than the decor. We have a lot of fabric rolls sitting around and patterns pinned to the walls. It’s a practical space designed for getting garments finished and packed into boxes. We’ve been in Phase-2 for quite some time now and we know the neighborhood well. The traffic around here is always a bit of a mess, especially when the shifts change, but we’re used to it. Our team is small and we all pitch in wherever needed, whether it’s checking the stitching or helping load the trucks. We don't have a big corporate structure; if there’s a problem, we just talk it out on the floor. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we take it one day at a time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to keep our machines running and our orders filled. That’s what a normal day looks like for us.
