Our business is on the first floor at 2/12 in Sarai Jullena. We are quite close to the Crown Plaza and the Escorts Heart Hospital, which are good landmarks for finding us in New Friends Colony. We do tent work and catering. It is a busy life because weddings and parties usually happen all at once. Our office is where we keep the menus and the booking diaries. Downstairs and in our storage areas, we have all the tents, poles, and kitchen equipment. We have been in this area for many years. It is a family-style operation where everyone chips in. We do not have a polished corporate image. We are just people who know how to cook for a crowd and set up a sturdy tent. Most days we are out on the road checking on different sites. When we are in the office, we are usually busy on the phone or talking to people who drop by. The kitchen part of the business is always humming with activity when we have a big order. We just try to make sure the food is ready on time and the tents are put up correctly. It is a lot of physical work and long hours, but we are used to it by now. We just keep things simple and focus on the tasks at hand from our spot in Sarai Jullena.
