We set up Navdrishti Business Innovation Private Limited on the ground floor of I-385 along Shivaji Marg in Karampura. Being on the ground floor is handy because we get a lot of people just walking by and peeking in. Shivaji Marg is always packed with cars and buses, so there’s a constant hum of engines in the background. Our office is a simple place. We didn't spend much on decor; we just wanted a functional space where we could sit down and work on our projects. Most of our day is spent at our desks, typing away or having small meetings around a table that’s a bit too small for all of us. Karampura is a practical area to be in. It's close to the metro and easy for everyone to reach. We’ve been here for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The office gets a bit dusty because of the main road nearby, so we’re always cleaning something. It’s just a group of us trying to build something steady. We don't have any big titles or fancy suits. We just show up in our regular clothes and get to work. It’s honest and it keeps us busy. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that's just part of the deal. It isn't always exciting, but it's what we do and we're okay with that.
