You can find Nav Jeevan Clinic near the DLF Tower in Okhla Phase 1. This part of Delhi is very industrial, so we get a mix of office workers and people who work in the factories nearby. The address can be a little confusing because of how the blocks are laid out, but being near the DLF Tower helps people find us. The clinic is on the ground floor, which is good for people who have trouble with stairs. Inside, it’s mostly white with some posters on the walls about health. We have a small air conditioner that struggles a bit during the peak of the Delhi summer, but it keeps the waiting area decent. Our schedule usually follows the factory shifts, so we get a big rush of people early in the morning and again after five. The desk is usually covered in patient files and empty tea cups by the end of the day. We have a small staff of three people who handle everything from cleaning to assisting the doctor. It’s a fast-paced environment because people are usually in a hurry to get back to work. We don't do anything fancy, just standard medical consultations. The noise from the traffic in Okhla is constant, but once you step inside, it feels a lot more peaceful. We keep a jar of water and some glasses near the door for anyone who needs it.
