We set up Nature Security Services Pvt Ltd over at Shahpur Jat 252/1. It’s a crowded area but it works for us. Our main thing is providing security guards for different buildings and offices around the city. It’s not the most exciting business, but it’s important to keep things safe. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everyone showed up for their shift. If someone is sick, we have to scramble to find a replacement, which can be a real headache sometimes. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and a lot of logbooks. We keep track of everything on paper and some basic computer files. We’ve been in Shahpur Jat for a good while now and know most of the neighbors. Sometimes the guards come by to pick up their pay or just to check their schedules. We try to be fair with everyone. It's a lot of responsibility making sure the sites are covered at night. We don't have a fancy website or do big ads. Most people find us by word of mouth or just seeing our guards out at work. It’s a practical business run by regular people. We stay busy and try to make sure our clients don't have to worry about their gates being left open. It’s just a normal day for us here, dealing with the usual ups and downs of managing people and staying secure.
