National Productivity Council

We are located at 77 C K Pocket in Sheikh Sarai II. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't familiar with the pockets. Most of the time, the National Productivity Council staff just uses the landmark of the local park to tell people where to go. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some metal desks and chairs that have seen better days. There’s a calendar on the wall that’s usually a month behind because nobody remembers to flip the page. We spend a lot of time on the phones or typing out reports. The internet goes out sometimes when it rains hard, and we all just sit there waiting for it to come back so we can finish our emails. It’s a small team here. We know each other's families and what everyone likes to eat for lunch. We usually bring food from home and share it in the small break area. It’s not a fancy corporate environment with glass walls. It feels more like a home that’s been turned into a workplace. There are stacks of books about economy and management everywhere. Sometimes they fall over if someone walks past too fast. We don't mind much. We just pick them up and keep going. It’s a steady pace of work. Nothing too fast, nothing too slow. Just the way we like to do things around here.
