Narayan Estates

Our shop is number 22 on Devli Road in Khanpur. It’s a busy street, and there’s always something going on right outside our door, from loud trucks to local vendors. Narayan Estates isn't some big corporate chain with offices everywhere. It’s just us, working out of this small shop for years. We focus on the Khanpur area because that’s where we live and what we know best. Most of our day is spent talking to locals or showing small plots and flats nearby. It’s a lot of walking, and the dust from the road can be a bit much, but it’s home to us. We don't use fancy brochures or big words to confuse people. We just tell people what the price is and what the situation with the land looks like. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes there are delays with the paperwork, which we try to help with as much as we can. People around here trust us because we’ve been at shop number 22 for so long. They know where to find us if they have a question or a problem. We don’t have a website with a bunch of fake photos. We just use what’s real. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for the people in Khanpur. We are glad to be part of the Devli Road community and plan to be right here for years.
