N S Steel Fabrication

N S Steel Fabrication is located in Sector 16 on Sangam Vihar Road in Jagatpur. We are pretty close to the Apj International School. It’s a bit of a funny contrast, having a steel workshop so near a school. You can hear the kids playing during recess while we are busy cutting and welding metal. The shop is always full of iron rods, sheets, and the smell of ozone from the welding machines. It’s a gritty job and our clothes are usually covered in dust and sparks by the end of the shift. We’ve been in Jagatpur for a while now. The road outside can get a bit tight when parents are dropping off their children, but the rest of the time it’s just a normal neighborhood street. We do all sorts of fabrication work, mostly stuff that people need for their houses or small shops. It’s not high-tech work; it’s more about using your hands and making sure the measurements are right. The workshop is open to the street so people can just walk in and ask for a quick fix or a price. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Everything we make is right there on the floor. It’s loud and messy, but that’s how steel work is. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to get it done before the day ends so we can go home.
