Mutton Corne

We are over in Greater Kailash II, specifically at number 13. It’s a nice area, a bit quieter than some of the other spots in the city. Our shop, Mutton Corne, is where we spend our whole day. We focus mostly on mutton, as the name says. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a counter, some good knives, and the big freezer in the back. A lot of people from the nearby apartments come in. They usually want specific pieces for their Sunday lunch or for a small party. I’ve been here long enough to know what most of my regulars are going to ask for before they even speak. The shop is small and we try to keep it as clean as we can, though it's hard work with all the cutting. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working the blocks. The street outside has some trees and it’s pleasant, but inside we are usually focused on the work at hand. We don’t do anything fancy with the display. The meat is fresh and that is all that really matters to the people who live around here. Sometimes the traffic in GK can be a bit of a mess in the evenings, but it doesn't affect us much. We just open up in the morning, do our work, and close up when the stock is gone. It's a steady life and we like it.
