You can find us at 94, Anand Lok, which is right on August Kranti Marg in New Delhi. It is a well-known area, but that doesn't mean it's quiet. The traffic on August Kranti Marg is almost constant. Our office for Multicolor Steels India Pvt Limited is in a building that has seen many years of history. It feels a bit different from the new glass towers in Gurgaon or Noida. We have high ceilings and those old-style windows. It can get a bit noisy with the cars outside, but we’ve grown fond of the location. There is a lot of greenery in Anand Lok, which is nice when you step out for a breather. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy cafeteria. We usually just bring our own tiffins or grab something from the nearby market. The atmosphere inside is pretty relaxed. People come in, do their work, and head home. We’ve got our regular routines. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when we have a lot of deliveries to coordinate. Working in this part of South Delhi has its own charm. It’s a bit more established and has a certain character. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the steel business and making sure our records are straight. It’s a solid, dependable place to work from every day. Most of us have been here long enough that the sounds of the road don't even bother us anymore.
