Our store, Mukesh Iron Store, is tucked away in the Lal Kuan area near Ajmeri Gate. If you know Old Delhi, you know how narrow and crowded these streets are. Our address is 1770-D-06, and it’s a place filled with iron rods, sheets, and various hardware. The air around here always smells a bit like metal and old buildings. We have been in this spot for quite a while, and the walls show the age of the place. Moving heavy iron in these tight lanes is a real task, but we have some strong guys who handle it every day. We don't have a showroom; it's more like a warehouse where everything is piled up. People come to us when they need specific iron pieces for construction or repairs. It’s a noisy neighborhood with bells ringing and people shouting, but that’s just the life of Lal Kuan. We usually keep a pot of tea going in the corner for the staff and the regulars who drop by. There is no corporate structure here, just a family-run feel where everyone knows what to do. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit mixed up, but we always find what a customer needs eventually. We don't do any advertising; people just find us because we’ve been at this Ajmeri Gate location for so long. It’s just a basic, hardworking iron shop.
