Mr Sanjib Mohapatra

Sanjib Mohapatra here. I’ve been running things from this flat in Kalkaji for a while now. It’s a DDA place, specifically 211 7 in the Dda Flats area of New Delhi 110019. If you know Kalkaji, you know how the parking can be, but we make it work. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others getting through the daily tasks. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a regular room where we keep the files and the computer. Some days it gets pretty loud outside when the market picks up, but that’s Delhi for you. I’ve lived around here long enough that the neighbors don’t mind the occasional late-night work light. We handle the paperwork and the phone calls right from the main desk near the window. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, and the tea guy from downstairs knows exactly when to bring the morning round. It’s a simple setup. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. It’s just about getting the work done and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. There isn't much to say about us besides that we're here every day, except Sundays usually. If the doorbell rings, it’s probably just a delivery, but we're always around. It’s a practical space for practical work. It has been this way for years and I don't see it changing much anytime soon.
