Motherson Sumi Infotech Designs Limited

You can find us in Sanwal Nagar at C 35 on the second floor. This is where we do our infotech and design work. The building is right in the middle of a busy neighborhood in New Delhi, so there is always something happening outside. We have been here for a good number of years and the office has become a second home to many of us. It is not a polished corporate environment. The desks are a bit old and we have stacks of papers and hard drives all over the place. We spend most of our hours looking at screens and trying to figure out technical problems or coming up with new design layouts. It is steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We do not have any fancy furniture or a coffee machine that does anything special. We just have our workstations and a small area where we can sit and talk about the projects. Sanwal Nagar is a convenient spot for us to be in, and it is easy for everyone to get to. We do not write long reports about our goals or anything like that. We just show up every day, do the design work, and make sure the IT systems are running as they should. It is just a regular office doing its job.
