Our office for Mitsubishi-Hitachi Metals Machinery South Asia is on the third floor of Lotus Towers, specifically in 3A. It’s located in the Community Centre of New Friends Colony. The area is usually quite packed with cars and people. We don't actually build the machines here in the office. This is where the planning and the engineering discussions happen. We deal with big equipment for metal factories across South Asia. It’s a lot of coordinating between different teams and making sure the spare parts get to where they need to go. The office is pretty standard—desks, computers, and a small pantry for coffee. It’s not some high-end corporate suite. It’s a workspace for people who know their technical stuff. We spend a lot of time on the phone or in video meetings. Sometimes the elevators in Lotus Towers are a bit slow, so we take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. We don't really do promotional stuff. Most of our clients already know who we are and what we do. It’s about keeping the machinery running in those big plants. If a machine breaks down, it’s a big problem, so we have to stay on top of things. We have a mix of local staff and people who travel a lot. It’s a practical, busy environment where we focus on the machinery and the metal industry requirements every day.
