Mine & Young

Mine & Young is situated at A-145 on the second floor in Lajapat Nagar I. If you’ve ever been to Lajapat Nagar, you know it’s one of the busiest parts of New Delhi. The streets are always full of shoppers and rickshaws. Our spot is a bit above the chaos, being on the second floor. It gives us a little bit of distance from the noise of the market, though you can still hear the city humming below. The address is New Delhi-24 for anyone mailing us. The office itself is quite simple. We didn't spend a lot on fancy furniture or modern art. It’s just a place to work. We have desks, chairs, and our files. It feels more like a lived-in space than a sterile corporate office. Most of us take the metro or find a spot for our scooters nearby, which is always an adventure in this neighborhood. We don’t have a big HR department or complicated rules about everything. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the day. It’s an honest atmosphere. We often go down to the local stalls for a quick bite during the afternoon. Being in the heart of the city like this means there's always something happening outside the window. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks. It’s a straightforward way to operate and it suits us just fine. When the day is over, we join the crowd heading home.
