Miles 2 Go Services operates out of a first-floor spot at A-51 in Amrit Puri A. Being in East of Kailash means we are right in the middle of everything, which is good because we are always moving. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, and we’ve all tripped on that one loose step a few times. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We started this because we saw a need for reliable help around here. It’s not glamorous. A lot of our day is spent looking at maps or talking to people on the phone to make sure things are moving the way they should. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. We’ve had some long days where we stay way past dinner time just to finish the paperwork. It’s a small team, and we all do a bit of everything. If the floor needs sweeping, one of us does it. If a big delivery comes, we all help carry it. We aren't trying to be a global corporation. We just want to do right by the people in the neighborhood who rely on us. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’ve grown to like the energy of Amrit Puri. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for the afternoon slump.
