Our office is on the third floor of E 238 in Greater Kailash I. It’s a nice enough area, though finding a parking spot can be a total nightmare some days. The office itself is full of computers and cables. We do multimedia work, so there’s always something being edited or rendered. It can get a bit cluttered with all the gear lying around. We aren't big on interior design; we mostly just have desks where they fit and a lot of power strips on the floor. Most of us have been here for years, so we’ve grown used to the hum of the machines and the low light. We tend to work long hours, especially when a deadline is coming up. Sometimes we order food and eat right at our desks because there’s no time to go out. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. There are no receptionists in suits or glass partitions. It’s just a bunch of people who know how to use the software and like working on creative projects. We have a small pantry where the kettle is always on. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We’re more interested in getting the files right. It’s a bit of a messy, busy place, but it works for us and we get things done. Usually, the radio is playing something quiet in the background while we focus.
