Metal Designers

Our workshop is located at 490/1 in Molarband Village, near Badarpur. It is an interesting place to work. Being in a village area within the city gives it a different feel. Metal Designers is what we call ourselves because we take pieces of metal and make things out of them. It’s not just plain welding; it’s more about the shapes. The shop is often noisy with the sound of grinders and hammers. We have been in Badarpur for a long time. People around here know the sound of our work. The space is a bit crowded with scraps and half-finished projects. We don't have a fancy website or a secretary. You usually just walk in and find one of us working on something. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings. We wear our old clothes and just get to it. Sometimes we sit outside on a bench when it's too hot inside. The village has changed a lot, with more people moving in. But we just stay in our corner and keep designing things. It’s a good trade to have. We don't make big promises. We just look at what needs to be done and try to make it look right. It’s practical work. Most people who come to us are looking for something specific for their homes. We talk it through and then start cutting the metal. It’s just a normal day for us. We enjoy the process of turning raw metal into something useful.
