Mellcon Engineers Pvt Ltd is based in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase I. Our address is B-297. If you’ve been to Okhla, you know it’s a very busy place with lots of trucks and workers everywhere. We have been in this spot for quite a long time. Our building is a mix of office space and a bit of storage. We work on various engineering systems and equipment. It’s a technical business. Inside, you’ll find a lot of engineers and staff looking over blueprints and spreadsheets. It’s not the quietest place because of the surrounding factories, but we’re used to it. The walls are lined with project photos and old calendars from years back. We have a small area where we have lunch and talk about the day’s work. It’s a bit dusty outside because of all the construction and traffic in Phase I, but we keep the inside as neat as we can. We deal with many heavy industries, so our conversations are usually about technical drawings and system specs. We don't spend money on fancy lobby furniture or art. We’d rather focus on making sure the engineering is right. It’s a practical, hardworking environment that fits the industrial vibe of the neighborhood. We keep a few spare parts in the back room just in case someone needs a quick replacement or needs to see a sample of our work. There’s always a hum of activity from the nearby plants.
