Our place is in Okhla Phase I, specifically at C-62. If you know the post office nearby, we are right around there. It’s a very industrial part of town, always lots of trucks and people moving crates. We deal with machines here. Mostly textile or garment machines, but we handle whatever the business requires. The building is older, but it works for what we do. We have some space for storage and a bit of an office area. It’s usually quite noisy because of the surrounding factories. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. People in the estate know us. We don't really do much advertising. People just drop by or call when their machines act up. It's a lot of grease and metal work. We have a small staff who have been with us for years. They know the machines inside out. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with deliveries coming in and out. The post office is a good landmark because the street signs can be confusing in Phase I. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just some desks and then the workshop area. We keep busy with the orders. It’s practical work. Nothing fancy about it. We just show up and get through the list of tasks. Most days are long but we like seeing the machines leave the floor ready to work.
