Mdi Gurgoan Rnis

We’re over at 19 Institutional Area on Lodhi Road in New Delhi. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city, near the IPA. Mdi Gurgoan Rnis is the name on our door. Even though the name mentions Gurgaon, this is where we actually spend our days. The building is older and has that solid feel that you don't see in the new glass buildings. Lodhi Road is quite beautiful with all the trees, especially when the weather is nice. We have a lot of books and papers everywhere. It’s a quiet environment for the most part because everyone is usually deep into their research or writing. We don't have a lot of visitors, but when we do, we usually just sit around a big table and talk. It’s a professional enough setup, but we don't bother with suits or anything like that. We are more interested in the work itself than how we look doing it. Sometimes the elevators act up and we have to take the stairs, which is probably good for us anyway. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s a stable place to work and we have a routine that we stick to. There isn't much drama here. We just show up, do what we need to do for the day, and then head home into the evening rush. It is a good place to be.
