Match Workers Placement Service Pvt.Ltd has been around this part of New Delhi for a while. Our office is a busy place because people are always coming in and out looking for work or trying to find staff. It’s a lot of paperwork, to be honest. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to folks about what kind of job they need. It isn't glamorous work, but it feels good when someone actually gets hired and we can cross a name off the list. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some chairs for people to wait in and a few desks piled with folders. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the room is full, but that’s just how it goes.
