We are located at 88 Hari Nagar Ashram, right on the busy Mathura Road. Our office is on the second floor, specifically the front side so we can see the traffic moving outside the windows. It’s a loud area, but you get used to the sounds of the horns and the buses after a week or two. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for work and companies that need an extra hand. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking resumes. The front side of the building gets a lot of light, which is nice, even if it gets a bit warm in the afternoons. We have some plastic chairs in the waiting area that are almost always full. People come in with their folders hoping for a break, and we do what we can to point them in the right direction. It’s a busy environment and there’s always something to file or a message to return. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map. It’s a practical space meant for getting people into jobs. The walk up to the second floor is quick. We’ve been at this Ashram location for a while, and it’s a landmark for many folks who travel this road every day. It’s just us here, working through the pile of applications and keeping the files in order.
