Malviya Nagar Poloney Hospital is just a small place located right here in the Malviya Nagar area. It’s been sitting here for years and most of the local families know exactly where to find us. We aren't a massive hospital with hundreds of beds or anything like that. It’s more of a local spot where you come when you aren't feeling well or need a quick check on something. The building is older and shows its age in some spots, but it stays clean and serves the purpose. On a typical Tuesday, you’ll see a few people waiting on the wooden benches in the hallway. We don't have a huge team, so you usually see the same faces every time you walk through the door. I spend a lot of time organizing the patient files and making sure the supplies are stocked up in the back rooms. It’s a lot of routine work, like checking temperatures or talking to people about their basic health needs. We don't do anything too complicated here. If someone needs a major surgery, they usually go to the bigger city hospitals. We are just here for the day-to-day stuff that keeps the neighborhood going. Sometimes the power goes out for a minute and we have to wait for the generator, but that’s just part of life here. It’s a simple, honest place to work and help out.
