Our office is on the third floor, Room 303, in Bhanot Corner. It’s in the R-Block of Greater Kailash Part 1. Being in GK, it’s a busy area with a lot of cars and people always moving. Malson Travels has been operating from here for a while now. We spend our days mostly staring at computer screens and talking on the phone with airlines. It can be quite stressful when flights get cancelled or visa rules change suddenly. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to navigate the travel world. The office is usually cluttered with brochures and printouts. We don't have fancy decor, just desks and chairs and a lot of coffee cups. People come to us when they are confused about their travel plans or when they need someone to handle the paperwork they don't want to do. It is a lot of detail-oriented work, making sure dates and names match up perfectly. Sometimes we have to stay late to talk to people in different time zones. It's a regular job with regular people. We try to be honest about prices and what's actually possible for a trip. It’s just how we do things here in GK, keeping it simple and getting the job done. We handle everything from local tickets to international tours without any unnecessary complications.
