We've been around the Dr. Ambedkar Nagar area for a good while now, mainly helping people find places in the DDA Flats here in New Delhi. Our office is right at 23/680, which is a spot most folks around here know pretty well. It's usually busy with neighbors dropping by to ask about rentals or if any flats are opening up for sale. We just handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with property, whether it’s paperwork or showing someone a small apartment that might fit their budget. Living and working in the same neighborhood makes a difference because we see the same faces at the market every day. It isn't a fancy setup with big glass windows or anything like that, just a regular place where we keep our files and meet with people who need a roof over their heads. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook and other days it's quiet enough to actually finish a cup of tea. We know the layout of these blocks like the back of our hands. People come to us because we're right here on the ground, not some big agency from across the city that doesn't know which staircase is which. We just keep things moving, helping one family move in while another moves out, and making sure the documents get sorted without too much fuss. It's a living, and it keeps us right in the middle of the community. We've seen kids grow up and get their own places here in Dr. Ambedkar Nagar.
