You can find us at G-1 in Lajpat Nagar III. It is a very busy neighborhood to work in. Our office is right on the ground floor, which means we get a lot of people just poking their heads in to ask questions. The room is small and we’ve got folders stacked up everywhere. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. Lajpat Nagar III is a popular area, so things change very quickly. We spend a lot of our time running between different blocks to show floors and apartments. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us doing the legwork. We get our morning coffee from the stall just down the street, and that’s usually where we hear the latest news about who might be selling their place. We don't use any polished marketing talk. If an apartment is small, we’ll tell you it’s small. We’d rather be honest than have someone be disappointed when they see it. Sometimes the phone rings and we can barely hear over the sound of the traffic outside, but that’s just life in this part of town. We’ve been here for years and we’ve seen families grow up and move to bigger places. We like the pace of work here. It’s never boring. If you need us, we’re usually here from morning until late evening, just keeping things moving.
