Maithan Ispat Ltd

Our office for Maithan Ispat Ltd is in Flat No.-76 of the Kamakshi Apartment. We are in Sector-6, Dwarka, which is in New Delhi. The pin code is 110076. Working out of an apartment is a bit different than a standard office building. It feels more like a home, which is nice for the small crew we have here. We don’t have a lobby or a receptionist. You just come up to the flat and we are there. It is a very down-to-earth way to run a business. We don’t use any marketing speak or try to sound more important than we are. We just handle the day-to-day things for Maithan Ispat Ltd from our desks in Dwarka. Delhi is a very loud and fast city, but inside Kamakshi Apartment, it is relatively quiet. We can focus on our work without too much trouble. We have been here for a while and we know the neighborhood well. There are some good tea stalls nearby where we go for breaks. We don’t have a big corporate mission. We just want to finish our tasks and go home. Our space is small but it has everything we need. We are just regular folks doing our jobs in Sector-6. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. We don’t feel the need to be polished or corporate. This is just us, sitting in an apartment in Delhi, getting things done.
