Maha Laxmi Properties

Working out of Shed No.6 in the Okhla Industrial Estate means we see a lot of trucks and hear a lot of noise every single day. Maha Laxmi Properties has been tucked away in the Dsidc Complex for a good bit of time now. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially being so close to the Hindustan Steel Authorities, but it keeps us busy. We deal with a lot of industrial spaces because that's what's around us here in Phase I. People come in looking for a small plot or maybe a warehouse, and we try to find something that fits their budget. We don't have a fancy lobby or a secretary sitting at a front desk. Usually, someone is just sitting there at a desk with a calculator and a notebook. The dust from the road gets in sometimes, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We know the layout of this estate better than most people. It’s a maze of sheds and offices, but we've walked every inch of it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just focus on what’s happening right here in Okhla. If a neighbor is moving out or a new business is coming in, we usually hear about it first. It’s basic work, really.
