The chairs in the waiting room are a bit old but they do the job. My father used to say that simple treatment is the way to go. We see all kinds of people from around Govind Puri. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we manage. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been around for years. Usually, it’s quietest in the early afternoon before the market picks up. We keep a water cooler in the corner for anyone who needs it. It’s not a big fancy hospital, just our clinic in Kalkaji. We handle the daily stuff and try to keep things moving. Most people come because someone they know told them to. We don't spend much on ads. Just the name on the door and the address W/14. It feels like home to us after so many hours spent here. The tea stall nearby brings us chai in the morning. That’s how the day starts. We just keep doing what we do every day. The door sticks a little when it rains, so you have to give it a good push.
