Madra Consultancy LLP is tucked away in Khirki Extension. Our office is Flat No. G-3 on the ground floor of building R-92/A. Khirki is one of those places where the lanes are narrow and things feel very close together. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of the local life passing by our window. There is a lot of character in this neighborhood. The office itself is quite modest. It’s basically a flat that we have converted into a workspace. We have our computers set up in the main room and a small area for files in the back. It can get a bit dark inside during the day so we have to keep the lights on even when the sun is out. The walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a few notes we’ve taped up. It’s not a corporate environment by any stretch of the imagination. We are just a few people trying to keep things organized and moving forward. Often, the sound of motorcycles or people talking outside drifts in, which reminds us where we are. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just knock on the door and one of us will let you in. It’s a practical setup that works for us without any extra fuss. We like the convenience of being right there on the street level. It makes getting in and out very easy for everyone.
