We are based in the DDA Flats in New Delhi, specifically in the 110062 area. Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd has been running out of this location for a while. The building is one of those typical Delhi structures that feels solid and lived-in. Our office is on one of the floors, and you have to walk up a few flights of stairs because the lift isn't always reliable. Once you get inside, it’s a pretty busy environment. There are papers everywhere and the sound of keyboards clicking is constant. We don't have any of that modern open-plan office stuff. We have actual rooms and doors. It makes it a bit cramped sometimes, but we like the privacy. The DDA area is quite residential too, so you see families walking by while we are sitting here talking about management stuff. We take our breaks when we can, usually just grabbing a quick snack from the vendors downstairs. The office isn't polished or fancy. We have some old posters on the wall and the filing cabinets are definitely from another decade. But it works for us. We aren't trying to win any design awards. We just need a place to sit and get through the consultants' work. It’s a practical space for practical people. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers, so it feels like we belong in this part of Delhi.
